Independent Scales NZ recently supplied two in-ground platform scales to Griffins Nice & Natural factory in Auckland.
The Axis platform scales are ideal for use in food preparation areas as the weighing platform is hinged and fitted with gas struts for easy raising to allow the pit under the platform scale to be cleaned when the production area is being washed down.
These trade approved platform scales are fabricated in stainless steel and fitted with Flintec SB14 Stainless steel, hermetically sealed load cells. PT200P digital weight indicators are used to display the weight readings to the operators.
